Clock Suspension Spring
The suspension spring is found at the top of the pendulum. The dimension of the suspension spring is critical for proper timekeeping. This product is the type found in most clocks, where there is a hole for the spring to be pinned at the top and a bar that the pendulum or pendulum leader then hangs from.
To order measure the distance between the centre of the pin and the centre of the hole.
All suspension springs listed here are 8mm across the top edge, with varying length of spring depending on the size chosen.
Distance Between Hole & Pin x Spring Length (in mm)
10.5 × 1mm
11 × 3.2mm
11.5 × 1.6mm
12 × 2.3mm
12.5 × 2.5mm
