Uncollected Repair Procedure
I will contact you when the work has been completed or if it cant be completed.
a) If I speak to you:
you will have 45 days to arrange the collection and payment of your item.
b) If I cant get hold of you or I don’t get a reply from my email
I will attempt again 7 days later
If after the 45 days is up, or if seven days after the second phone call or email, I still haven’t heard from you:
a) a letter will be sent
b) If I don’t have your address on file I will attempt to contact you again with the contact information I have
One month after the above is done I will try again (a charge of £10 will be added for every call or letter made). At this point any delivery that was included with the repair is forfeited, and it will become the customers responsibility to arrange the collection of their items, or pay a £50 delivery fee.
I will repeat this the next month (a further £10 charge will be added)
One month after that I will send my final letter/phone call, (a further £10 charge will be added) warning you that you have 31 days to make payment or I will attempt to recover my loses from you in other ways.
This will have given the customer nearly four months from the date of the repair being completed to contact me to arrange the collection of their items.
